Manual work shouldn't get in the way of growing your business.

Most businesses don't come to us with a plan. They come because the work feels more manual and scattered than it should.

  • Too much important work still gets done by hand
  • Senior staff spend too much time on cleanup and follow-up
  • Processes live across disconnected systems and memory
  • Repetitive tasks keep pulling people away from higher-value work

You know there are better ways to work, but you're not sure where to start.

How Chorus can help

We help you understand how work moves through your business, identify the best places to improve, and build practical solutions around the processes and tools that matter most.

Workflow mapping and automation

Map how work moves today, then build automations that cut repetitive admin, follow-ups, and handoffs.

Zapier/Make/n8n, routing & reminders, approvals, custom development when needed.

Finance and operations visibility

Create clearer visibility into invoices, approvals, open work, outstanding tasks, vendor activity, and other operational data spread across multiple systems.

Dashboards, AP/AR visibility, status tracking, reconciliations, exception queues, reporting.

Systems and process improvement

Clarify who owns what, where work gets stuck, and how your team should run day to day—before or alongside software changes.

Process workshops, SOPs, handoffs, and integration planning across your existing stack.

Growth and business development

Support outbound lead generation, follow-up, and other automations that help you market and win more business.

Lead capture, CRM, proposals, campaign tooling—wired to your stack.

Chorus helps businesses that want practical improvements, not more complexity.

How we'll work together

1

Free systems review

We start with a short conversation to understand your workflows, where time is being lost, and where practical improvements may be possible.

2

Roadmap and recommendations

If there's a fit, we create a clear roadmap outlining the best opportunities to automate, what to prioritize first, and how to approach implementation. You can use this roadmap yourself or have Chorus help build it.

3

Build and implement

If you want support beyond the roadmap, we can build and implement part or all of the solution with you.

4

Ongoing support and improvement

If helpful, we can continue refining, maintaining, and improving your systems over time. Your team can also run what we build on their own.

Trusted by clients and operators

“Matthew was instrumental in helping Travala scale. He built the finance function from the ground up, brought discipline to reporting and planning, and was a trusted partner to me and the leadership team as we grew internationally.”

Juan Otero

CEO, Travala

Built and led the finance function across seven countries during rapid international growth.

“Matthew was thoughtful, dependable, and technically strong. He supported us across year-end reporting, cash flow forecasting, and complex corporate and tax matters, and I trusted the quality of his work throughout.”

Daniel Maclean

Former CFO, Canadian agritech company

Supported year-end reporting, cash flow forecasting, and complex corporate and tax matters.

Security and controls

Secure systems and data protections

SOC 2 Type II compliant tools, secure access controls, and enterprise-grade data encryption.

No AI training on your data, clear visibility

Your data is not used to train AI models, and your team can see how workflows, automations, and approvals are operating.

Human-in-the-loop by design

Approval gates and review steps are built around your workflows, so that automations support your team, not replace their judgment.

Training and handoff included

Your team gets the documentation, training, and context needed to run the workflows with confidence.

Questions? We've got answers.

What kinds of businesses are a good fit for Chorus?
We specialize in helping small to medium-sized businesses that want to reduce manual work, improve how work gets done, and make better use of the tools they already have. We can also develop custom solutions when you need something specific.
Do I need to know what I want to automate before reaching out?
No. Most businesses don't come to us with a detailed plan. They usually just know there is too much manual work, too much friction, or just room for improvement in the way things get done.
Do we need to switch systems or adopt a new platform?
Not usually. Wherever possible, Chorus works around the tools and systems your team already uses, so improvements are easier to implement and less disruptive.
What if our workflows are messy or undocumented?
That is often the best place to start. Chorus helps map how work moves today — who does what, which tools are involved, and where things get stuck — so your team can see what is happening before deciding what to automate or change.
Is the first step always automation?
No. Sometimes the highest-value improvement is a clearer process, better ownership, systems cleanup, improved visibility, or a simpler approval flow. Chorus can help you map out your workflows to identify the best opportunities.
What happens in the free systems review?
The free systems review is a short conversation to understand how your business works today, where time is being lost, and where practical improvements may be possible.
What if we only want help identifying opportunities?
We're happy to help! If there’s a fit after the free systems review, the next step is a paid workflow mapping and roadmap outlining what to improve, what to automate, what to leave alone, and what to prioritize first. You can use that roadmap yourself or have Chorus help build and implement it.
How quickly can something useful be implemented?
That depends on the problem and the systems involved, but Chorus focuses on practical opportunities that can make a real difference without a long, disruptive rollout.
How do you handle sensitive business data?
We understand the importance of secure handling of sensitive data. Chorus is built to use automation and AI tools thoughtfully, with appropriate controls, visibility, and human oversight. Depending on your security and compliance requirements, we can work with SOC 2 Type II or other security standards.
Is this all just AI?
No. Chorus uses AI where it’s useful, but the goal is broader than that. We help businesses improve how work gets done, reduce manual work, and build practical tools and processes that fit how they already operate. We believe AI works best when it supports your team’s judgment, not replaces it.
